This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The staff, particularly Kim and Steven, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They quickly resolved a small issue with our room and even escorted us to a more spacious and clean room on a higher floor. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, and we appreciated the availability of handicap accessible accommodations. Additionally, the variety of breakfast options and helpful staff made our mornings even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to see a picture of our pet therapy dogs on the Fur Pet Wall in the lobby. The hotel also had a lovely patio area with BBQ facilities, which was a nice touch.
